A web server that explores the impact of alternative splicing

Does my favorite protein exist in several versions or isoforms? Are these isoforms the same in different species? Developed by Élodie Laine and her collaborators (LCQB), the ASES web server (MASSIV project) allows you to explore the impact of alternative splicing on protein diversity during evolution. Thanks to its interactive interface, you can determine the origin of an isoform and its composition in exons, compare it to its orthologs, and retrieve its amino acid sequence to then predict its 3D structure.
